I've been wondering lately about experimenting with smaller batches. I currently keg with 5 gallon soda kegs. My question is whether or not I could brew 2.5-3 gallon batches and keg in my current kegs.
Is there any negative effect to kegging in a system that could handle bigger...
I bottled a lambic 2 weeks ago that I had brewed over 7 months ago. I checked in on the bottles today and there does not appear to be much carbonation going on. I primed it as I do any beer with the 3/4 cup bag of priming sugar.

I was able to get a few six packs. I really liked it. That being said, I found it to be my least favorite out of the divine's (I've only had 5 and 6).
What it really makes me crave though is an UNFILTERED wheat from Saint Arnold's instead of Texas Wheat.
