I'm a beer enthusiast, have been for a number of years now. I think the moment I saw the light was when I discovered what an IPA was on a trip to Chicago with my brother. Since then I have become a lover of many, many beer styles, but the big hoppy American beer's appeal to me most.
I have been homebrewing for nearly a year now, a hobby which I find very fulfilling on so many levels, I love to brew, and am always eager to learn and find out anything can can help me brew better beer.
