Hey CliffMongoloid, I use whatever and I have at the time so I have used both the normal and the free. I just rinse well with hot water and then take a good inhale to see if I smell the oxy....if not its all good.
Hey waffles, I typically use one scoop for about 6 gallons of water. Generally I let it sit until the gunk on the sides has dissolved. I use the Scoop that comes in the container of oxy clean. Has always worked for me and I rinse extremely well with hot water.
Well, from my reading the dextrose will give it mouth-feel and the lactose will give it a hint of sweetness as its not fermentable. For the "creamy" perhaps you would consider the dextrose due to the added body. Maybe someone else will chime in as I am certainly not an expert. Sorry I...
I can attest to that. I used 8lbs of their extract a few weeks ago and it yielded a 1.056 after steeping some grains. I have purchased equipment and ingredients from Williams and have always been happy with them.
