I am a musician, have been since I was 6 years old. I love anything and just about everything that has to do with music and/or brewing. I started brewing beer in the summer of 2006. Since then I have become almost obsessed with fermenting just about anything I can get my hands on, not even as a serious beverage, but just to see what would happen, hahaha! I am fascinated with yeasts and the fermentation process. I am self taught, I've never taken a class on fermentology or micro biology. Although I would if the opportunity were to rise. As for employment, I work as a technical support associate most of the time and I do a little side work here and there. I love yard work and gardening as well. If there's one thing I love more than music and brewing, it's cooking and eating. I spend as much time as I can in the kitchen cooking meals and desserts. I'm fairly adventurous and I like to try new things. If there's anything else you would like to know, don't hesitate to ask me!
