    Thanks for the responses, my current plan is to use my 10gal mash tun with a Brew Bag to mash in, then the 5.5 gal to boil.

    Hello, So I currently brew with a 3 vessel RIMS( for Mash/Sparge ) and Propane using a 15Gal kettle. I want to do smaller batches and my initial thought was to get a Anvil Foundry 6.5, but in my waiting for that to become available I came up with this scheme, let me know what you think...
