    Polish brew mimic idea...please help

    I can't offer much help with making it, but I am also a fan of Zywiec and was surprised to find some at a Korean Market in Phoenix. How it got there, I have no idea. But, they actually had 3-4 different kinds of Polish beers.

    Brewery names--what's your story?

    I haven't firmly decided.. but I think I'm going with "Oh Fish! Brewing".. When I was 3 years old, my dad was brewing and had a boil over which caused him to yell "SOB". Being 3, I assumed he yelled "Oh Fish!"

    Hi There

    Just started brewing about 3 months ago. Started with those canned mixes, now doing some basic recipe brewing. I've read a couple of books (complete joy) and love beer, so I'm looking forward to becoming a more advanced brewer as well as making some tastey beer.
