    Pecan Pale ale

    I have not worked out the recipe yet, but I wanted to add some roasted pecans to a pale ale. I don't know if I should add to the boil, or to the secondary ferm.     Which cooler to get...

    I have The 60qt Ice Cube. It is not on rollers and was bought about 7 years ago. I don't have a temp drop during mash and the valve sits low and flat. Not much dead space.
