I plan to buy a pre-wired temperrature controller to convert my chest freezer to fermenter.
Q1- Are the following wiring correct?
a) connect temp controller to wall socket.
b) connect the chest freezer to the temp controller.
Q2- If yes, is there any risk duo to automatic power on/off...
Thank you for you reply but you did not answer my question. My question is the two yeast I mentioned it above have same cells / gram but one of them can ferment on a high gravity level and the another one not! What I miss here? Need explain!

I noticed that in my first and second batch ( 2 weeks for fermentation + 2 weeks for carbonation + 3 days in fridge ):
1- American lager and czech pilsner refills have the same taste!
2- Not carbonated as I thought ( I put 1 drop in 0.5 LTR as mr beer recommended)!
3- have no head at all...
I have some questions
I read the instruction of mr beer american lager fermentation temp and it's says from (68-76). So do I realy need to buy a freezer or fridge?
If no, why a lot of people here talking about freezing? What kind of beer and kit are they using?
