I decided to go with the following hop schedule:
75 min - 1 oz Magnum/1 oz Challenger
20 min - 1 oz Centennial
0 min - 1 oz Centennial
dry hop for 14 days - 1 oz Centennial
Beersmith says I should hit about 67 IBU. Not bad!
