- Started in med school progressed to all electric all grain over 20 Years span ,bottle everything usually as think it not such a good idea to have 5-10 gallons around easy access but oddly have a 6 tap commercial bar cooler ready to go when I retire or start a brewery one day ,favorite beer was a straight lambic that fermented in the basement 2 years from the process but best flavor has been a hopslam clone and multiple other crowd pleasers centennial blonde , cream ale with orange blossom honey in the boil
