The Unitank is as expensive as a conical and brite combined, a brite tank is cheaper and it allows me to turn over the conicals a little faster. A Unitank would be ideal but is a little to spendy.
being able to carbonate in a tank and then transfer beer to kegs already carb’d would be lovely.
Ok, since I’m not doing anything else with my time, I’ve got extra cash to throw at brewing. I already got one 14 gallon conical fermenter, so should my next purchase be a brite tank from SS Brewtech? Or another 14 gallon conical?

I feel that American wheat beer is a style that I need to be able to brew. I live in the prairies of Alberta and feel that a wheat beer is something I should brew. How about you?
