Whatever it was the beer taste great.

Pretty sure it was mold. Caught one bottle before I bottled into it. It wasn't from the beer that I bottled. It was leftover from an old beer and not cleaned very well afterwards. But it taste great. Drinking it right now. Cheers!!!

I brewed a Haus Pale Ale on Thanksgiving. First ever homebrew. Decided to go straight for all gain and it went great.

Actually with the 6 gallon carboy the krausen never reached the the neck. It has since died down. I don't think I have to worry about a new color scheme. But it did cross my mind since it was a higher OG. But all is good.

Brewed the Haus Pale Ale on Thanksgiving day. The whole process went great and it is happily bubbling away. Starting OG was 1.049 and it smells great.

I go to a bar in Sioux City called BA's and they have around 28 beers on tap with a beer list that would make any beer drinker jealous. There is close to 70 beers on there. So if you can't find anything to drink in there then you might want to stop trying.

I made sure it was off before I put real rounds in it.
