Do you have a basement? You could put the fridge/freezer down there and run cooled insulated lines up to the kitchen from right underneath it.

If I have had mine in the carboy for 3 months and I want to bottle carb now do I need to add more yeast or otherwise do anything special? Or is there still enough viable yeast to make it all work?

Just used the Oxyclean + big plastic container of hot water + overnight soak process to remove 2+ cases worth of bottle labels. Was really easy and had the side effect of helping to clean the bottles.

They should take it back. Any good wine or beer store should take back bad bottles of beer or wine expiration date or not. If they don't I would seriously consider finding a new store and letting them know why.

A cooler is the best since you can keep the turkey cool without having to refrigerate it.
