Nope ran out of gas before I could figure it out. My regulator is making a weird noise though, hard to explain it. Almost like a shuttering sound. Can't imagine that's a good thing.

yeah that's what i was thinking, I just wanted to make sure before I went back and asked for a new one. Lesson learned weigh it when you get home.

So I just hooked up my new regulator and there was a noticeable leak, I tried to find out where it was coming from but within about 5 minutes of on/off checking the tank was empty. So the question is did I get sold a half empty tank? Or is a couple minutes of a moderate leak all it takes to...

Yeah it's 240v, I'm planning on having 2 elements with a switch to select which one is being used. And maybe eventually ditch the PIDs and run it all off an Arduino. But I guess step one is figuring out one element.

Yeah we got about a month straight of heavy rain. I bet that's it. Thanks for the help, maybe next year I improve the drainage some how. Do you think this plant is salvageable? Does root rot effect the soil if I plant something else next year... Man more reading to do.
