    Oops you are correct; switch the numbers; initial reading was 1.06.

    The initial reading using the unfermented sugar tea was 1.04 and the final bottled product reading was 1.06. Per calculation final ETOH volume was 2.63%. I tested stuff that was fermented for one week and stuff bottle and fermented a total of two weeks and they both came out the same percentage.
