1 gallon test batch, but more on the way! Thread total = 153 gallons

Any ideas how to add a sour kick to this stuff? I was thinking lemon juice, but I figured it would either kill the yeast with it's acidity or just ferment out leaving no taste. If I did sour it up I'd want to carb it naturally, and therefore would need the yeast to be alive.

I just had a problem where I wasn't getting any action in the airlock. Just like you I assumed that my yeast was dead, but when I looked inside there was foam on the top of the wort and it smelled like beer. It ended up being a bad seal around the airlock and he air was escaping. I lubed up...

I'm guessing each brand will have a slightly different taste, probably not enough to go out and search for that special brand. I used Stop & Shop brand, and although I haven't even bottled it, it tastes great. I'm guessing you're good as long as it's 100% juice.
