I too have 2 all rounders there great to use, easy to see the turb, yeast layers, etc. And you never worry about having blow-offs on 6 gallons batches, because of the greater head space and the ability to ferment under pressure!
Also I minimize Krausen...
Great instructions, I’ve tried it today to the 290F mark and it came out really good. Don’t know how it will come out in my imperial stout recipe but it is promising!
