Thank you! I've tried cider once - lots of supermarket apple juice and a left over yeast packet from my extract days... it was dry, tart, and horrible! Lots of great info here and I'm going to give it another shot :)

Coffee!! Yep - I've hacked the grinder for a finer grind and use a non pressurized basket.
