Has anyone ever added bourbon or whiskey soaked wood chips to a wine kit? If so when do you do it? What amount of wood chips, and how long do you leave it? I had a commercial bottle of wine that was fermented in a bourbon barrel and it tasked great... I thought I might be able to do the same...
