    What do you do during a 90 minute boil?

    Cos I borrow catle for boiling my wort, I am doing brew days. Two mashes, three beers, seven to eight hours. Total is 17 gallons of beer. First three hours is just nutttttsssss.....     Looking in lines of English-ish IPA....Because possible substitution for fuggles is SG and for chinook is NB, here is recipe I took and adjust for what I have at home. Would use S-04.....Yeah, juste read a bit more and theres not many happy customers about SG/Fuggles/Willamette single hop...

    Had my first IPA few days ago and I am blown away. I am not looking for something over the top, something nice and drinkable...Could anyone comment on my hop schedule for Suterday brew day. As mentioned no chill and i would really like to use hop tea instead of dry hopping. Pale malt 85%...

    20 lb of sugar and a jar of yeast nutrient

    Did double cooked #5. It stinks as ......but half of tee spoone did this to my herbal tee. And yes, I drink my tee from pint glass;) Making dubbel with it and I will call it HellDubb.

    Did few AG batches and got my process down pretty much... found really good deal for bulk malt and hops, so i can waste some on experiments and looks like winter is going away in europe, so just few more weeks "natural" conditions for lagering left, so thinking to go big an go PARTI-GYLE...

    Partial boil

    Hello, n00b at brewing, but not at drinking beer;) Brewed few kits with "what i found at home", 40l (10.6g) chiller box, 30l (8g) fermentor and 10l (2.6g) pot. Now I just figured out to do all grain. Going to brew Cream of three crops with just Styrian Golding hops. Bigger pot is comming in...
