I used the recipe as my first all grain batch. Undershot the OG a little, but I am sure it is just needing to work on my technique. Also the first batch that I kegged. The problem is going to be trying to make it last till my next batch is ready to drink.

I am new in an apartment and wanting to make the changeover to AG. Was thinking I would be limited to 3 gallon batches because of space/equipment. Nice to know that is not the case.
Thank you for the comments. I feel much better about getting a chest freezer that will fit two kegs now. The idea of covering it is also somewhat viable.
I have recently found myself moving into a one bedroom apartment. Space, while present, is limited. I am looking to have a keg set up, but am unsure if I want a large freezer taking up walking room. What would be the recommendation for a 2-3 corney keg system in the smallest space?
