Eu uso um frigobar electrolux de 80 litros, que tem basicamente o mesmo espaço desse retro, só não tem os pés. Depois de mudar o termostato de lugar e dobrar o congelador consigo fermentar 20 litros em uma bombona de 20 litros úteis (aquela azul tradicional). Precisa também cortar os suportes...

Hi guys, After trying to update my fermentrack it stopped working (I am getting 504 gateway time-out). If I reinstall it through terminal will I lose my data? Is there any way to backup my data without access to the fermentrack GUI?

Sem pré chiller, mas meu chiller é bem grande. Acho que tem uns 20 metros e enrolei ele duplo, por uma circular dentro da outra. Aqui o whirlpool nao foi suficiente não, mas o retorno estava sendo com mangueira. Não sei se botar esse tubo curvado por dentro igual do primeiro post fica melhor.

18-20 litros. Por isso fica mais fácil. E com a bomba o chiller de imersao funciona mto bem, nao vejo porque usar de placas. 5-8 min ja chego a 30 graus.

Eu faço o mesmo. Chiller realmente funciona muito melhor, mas o whirlpool não foi eficiente aqui. Depois que resfrio eu tiro o chiller e faço na mão.

Ficou muito bom. Como está o serviço? Os tubos de cobre conseguem deixar a cerveja dentro da torre gelada?
