About to brew 10 gallons of this again. Lhbs didn’t have any mosaic or citra so I picked up a lb of simcoe. Any thoughts. I probably have some mosaic in the freezer but not enough for 10 gallons. All simcoe or mix and match?

It has 2 connectors for two lines both using the same pressure if that makes sense. I switched the two and it is the same beer that shoots out. Maybe it is over carbed. I will try lowering the carbonation. At least I know it isn’t with the lines now. Thanks

I have two kegs going in a double regulator. 1 pours good and the other pours way to fast. Any idea what would cause this? Lines are the same size. One is a porter and the other a red. Can’t find anything on line about it. Appreciate any help

So I just got my power back in South west Florida after 9 days. The temperature got up to 87 probably. I have about 50 gallons of beer in car boys. Are they ruined? Any info would be appreciated

Yeah that's what I'm going to try and do. It's a 10 gallon batch so I was trying to siphon most of it out to lighten the load

So I decided to get an early start on my brew this morning, even didn't pour my first cuppa coffee before I started. So as the water heated up and I started mashing in then I realized I forgot to put the bag in. I am thinking I'm just going to siphon it into the bag which I will put in another...

Any ideas?? I think I am gonna dump tomorrow.

I have brewed this more times then I can remember. This batch I added sweet orange peel (10 gallon batch) it ended up sitting probably a little over a month until I kegged it. Never made a sour before but this tastes just like one. I think I used s04 on this one. The other 5 gallons tasted...

Ya I make it every year. I like it better then Great Lakes. Go light on the ginger is my advice. I just cut a small peeled chunk and throw it in with the cinnamon for 60 min.

I am in south Florida so ya it tends to get a little warm.[emoji16]. But it never got any higher then usual.hopeing that's all it is I picked up a fermentation chamber last weekend so I should have it set up by this weekend and won't have to worry about this anymore. Damn beer can be pretty...
