    Building the BrewShelf

Because of the change of heights required for the new burner mounting, there isn't much support left above the third tier. Changes I'm considering are removing the grating above the brew kettle to make it easier to add hops and such as well as above the mash tun to facilitate sparging and stirring.

    Building the BrewShelf

I have changed the way the burners are mounted for that exact reason. On my next brew day I'll take some more pictures and update the thread. It is a real dog, and her name is Pliny. She was about 10 weeks old when I took that picture and is about three times the size right now. I got her...

    Homebrewtalk Carboy Cleaner Giveaway

I spend far too much time cleaning my carboy by bending my brush around to get the edges and likely miss spots. The carboy cleaner would be ideal for me.

I purchased the following wort chiller the other day: http://www.homebrewstuff.com/immersion-wort-chiller-50-x-3-8.html It uses plastic tubing with those clamps which screw down to make a seal. The problem is mine doesn't seal. I get leaks from both the input and output lines where it...

Help me pick burners for my new 3-tier stand

I'm trying to get all the parts I need to run both burners off one propane tank. So far, I think I need the following parts: (1) High-Pressure regulator (http://www.agrisupply.com/high-pressure-adjustable-regulator-valve/p/64484/cn/5400001/) (1) T-Block...

Help me pick burners for my new 3-tier stand

Excellent. Those were on my short list of burners that I had found on my own. What kind of regulator would I need for that burner?

Help me pick burners for my new 3-tier stand

I'm building a three-tier stand out of a Whalen Industrial Rack from Costco. I have pretty much everything figured out, except for what burners to use. I need one for the brew kettle and one for my HLT. I've read good things about the Blichmann burners, but really don't want to spend $125+...
