Curious if any one has brewed the Lion Bridge Brewing Compensation Dark Mild.
I bring this up because the recipe calls for 12oz/.75lbs of Melanodin malt, I find this a bit unusual. As I've only used Melanodin around the 2oz mark for pilsners...

Suarez Family Brewing! It's just outside of Hudson, not Albany but it blew me away when I was there last year. Drive 3 hours after landing in Boston and checking out Trillium and Vitamin Sea. Though, Suarez doesn't make hazy's... I still dream about that pilsner I had there.

I've had good like with 509 Hops on eBay of all things. They've been the best smelling and intense aroma I've gotten as a homebrewer and I've ordered from YCH & Yakima Chief.

Planning a Hazy with A24 yeast after reading the majority of this theard. What fermentation temps do you guys recommended. On a different thread it's recommended to pitch A24 at 68f let it rise to 74f, then for cool crash bring it down to 55f, drop yeast then dry hop? The question is what are...
