The brew turned out great.. the flavor and aroma of the lemon balm was lost but it did add bittering and a mint tickle aftertaste that is awsome...I will definitly brew with lemon balm again...its a nice IPA...

I drank too much while brewing my last batch and I went ahead and made it a no chill batch and cleaned up the mess the next afternoon.....everything turned out all good though...brewing and drinking go hand in hand if you ask me....

this is kinda OT but a local grocery store had that mt dew Gamer stuff in the purple carton for 99 cents a 12 pack..even at that price I would't drink it...I don't care for them other wierd mt dew flavors...
