Thanks so much! i'll be looking to it for sure. In fact, i do not have myself a "one beer", more like a beloved range of grains and hops. Speaking of Alaskan, i brew last year a clear pale ale with glacier water i brought back from the canadian Rocky mountains, really cold this one ;) super good.
