I was interested in doing an Amber ale. I'm at the 1 gallon stage currently, and have a recipe that I think will work.
1.2 lb 2-row malt
.4 lb caramel malt
.3 lb light Munich
.3 lb biscuit
.2 lb Cara-pils
.2 lb flaked rye
Steep for 60 min at 154°
.2 oz Cascade hops at 60 min, 30 min, 5 min...
