One of my Cascade Rhizomes that i planted in Late April just broke ground a couple days ago. It was the last one to break ground of the five rhizomes i planted. The fuggles rhizome i planted at the same time just broke ground less then a week ago also. I wouldn't totally give up on them yet...

I have a very tiny yard with little room to grow hops. My plan is to grow them horizontally along a fence. I've heard it can be done but i will need to train them frequently for success; which is no problem in my eyes. Has anyone out there had any luck growing them in this manner? Does...
