    I'm making Blackberry wine following VH 3 gallon recipe on label of can. I racked it into the secondary last night. The next step says to rack again in 3-4 weeks when SG is 1.010-1.000.     Thanks for the info. They still have the airlocks on them. They are clear and red. Smell like grapes. I'll check SG tomorrow. How do I check acidity? What is MLF? Don't forget, I'm a newbie to this. I have some sorbate, but it's a couple of years old. What's the shelf life? I've ordered...
