Thanks all. I decided to go with BrewPi and a fermentation chamber (nice 10 cf fridge with a glass door that I got for free!). My plan is to start with my carboys, then step up to the ss conical. Both should fit nicely. Once again - this is an awesome resource! Thank you homebrewtalk.com!
Thanks. Makes sense. I guess you can put any type of fermenter in there - plastic bucket, glass carboy, or a stainless conical. So do you have any trouble with cold crashing in a fridge? Seems to me an upright freezer is probably a better way to go so that it can get down there in 20-23 degree...
