    Yes, we have 3 phase available (installed for us, the whole building with some apartments will have to be shutdown :rockin:) ! I do not understand what you mean BrunDog, are you speaking of Star/Delta configuration ? What kind of pump would you recommend ? Thanks

    Yes, the lake region is pretty awesome. For sure, the choices could be disappointing but it really depends were you go. There is something like 8 Times more small breweries than in 2000.
