It's only about 3 weeks old. Does this look healthy?
I think the white is just air pocjers, because a new scoby overlaped it.
I haven't ever touched it, or contaminated the bowl.
The kombucha is definitely fermented.
Just drank two 480ml bottles of finished home brew Kombucha. And I'm happy drinking it because it tastes great!
Question:
So in my original recipe for 2 gallons:
Organic Coconut Sugar 1.5-2 cups
Organic Chai Tea mix 1 quart
Washington spring water two 1 gallon

I just transferred a quarter of my fermented kombucha to the secondary fermentation (in sealed containers).
I need a plan to store all 2 gallons, and I'm not sure of the details on how to store even this quarter that is going into the secondary fermentation.
I'm already done with the process of making a scoby, brewing kombucha, now
I'm at the point of secondary fermentation.
I need to know how am I going to store (2 gallons), of kombucha?
