    Hello from Ontario

Hello from Oklahoma, and welcome to the forum. Welcome back to the hobby, definitely a lot of changes in equipment and even techniques in the past 15 years. Sorry I can't help you with advice on that particular fermenter, but hopefully some others will chime in.

What book is on your nightstand? Readers!

I am loving this book right now, I've always been an outdoorsman, but I'm learning a lot about trees in other regions, and the history of them as well.

That's really awesome. Perhaps he had a commission, or was in a tank, artillery or Airborne unit? Only guessing because that looks like an M1/M2 bayonet. Even more special because you have the scabbard.

Even if you didn't, I'd say having a Rigol at arm's length would more than make up for it.

Yakima Valley Hops selling some 2022, 2021 hops real cheap

You gotta be careful at Yakima, I ended up with like 15 lbs in the freezer on accident once.

Yakima Valley Hops selling some 2022, 2021 hops real cheap

$10 a lb isn't bad, I've definitely gotten hops cheaper from them before though. I can't believe I used to buy those little 1 oz packs years ago, live and learn.

What book is on your nightstand? Readers!

I have pulled a muscle in my calf, and so my audiobook time while cycling to and from work has been cut to 0 lately. Very depressing as I absolutely love cycling. I've been reading on my Kindle in bed or on the couch, lots of books on corporate finance and business, along with some computer...

What book is on your nightstand? Readers!

Sword of Truth was the first fantasy series I ever read, and I loved it. It does get rough after Chainfire though.

What book is on your nightstand? Readers!

Just finished Skeletons on the Zahara, what an amazing story. I'm sure reading Captain Riley's memoir would be good, but I loved the more complete story, and how it was laced with modern scientific facts.

    AI (Artificial Intelligence)

We use machine learning where I work, though I can't comment on the things we do with it. I will say it's a pretty impressive technology to leverage though. Humans, like me, still write the code and train the models. At the end of the day, it's just math, mainly Calculus.

I'm currently finishing this gem, this has been a great series for me. I'm not normally into the super hero thing, but this is very good. I read Stephen King's "Fairy Tale" recently, and am looking forward to starting the 2nd book in the "Terminal List" series. Sort of looking for some...

Are there any cyclist in the group?

You seem to know the bombing history pretty well. I've actually gotten pretty familiar with it myself, because I work in the building adjacent to the memorial. The building I work in was damaged, but (obviously) not destroyed, which is pretty amazing seeing as how it was built around 1920 or...

    Homebrewtalk Peloton

I'm lucky I guess, my company has a very nice gym at work, and full lockers and showers, towels, the works. There are only around 50 people at our corporate office. I could get a year of Apple Fitness or whatever it's called for free, or 1 year of Peleton, or 3 months of Peleton all access...

Does any off ya'll play video games?

I ended up building a racing simulator, I'm not all that great at the game but I love to play, and it is cross compatible online, I know because I convoy with my cousin a lot and he's on X-Box. I can DM you my username if you want. It's boring playing by yourself all the time.
