    Collared keezer and adding rinser

Now ya got me thinking!! Maybe cut off the mounting tab, then cut an appropriate sized square from the grating of the drip tray and drill a couple holes in the bottom of the drip tray to drop in the rinser into the drip tray. PROBABLY could have bought a drip tray with integrated rinser, but...

    Collared keezer and adding rinser

I plan on using this item from AiH. https://www.homebrewing.org/Glass-Rinser-Assembly-for-Drip-Tray_p_3929.html I know this is supposed to be mounted under a counter, but I don't really have counter space on the keezer. So i guess I am wondering if i could bend the mounting tab to attach to the...

    Collared keezer and adding rinser

So, I am pondering putting a glass rinser in my lil homebrew bar. I am struggling with trying to find a good mount area for the rinser. I have a 8 tap, 22cf, collared keezer. Pressure ferment and blow off- Sanke keg

What volume did you put into your fermenter? I imagine you should be able to ferment 5.5 gal without issue. To be accurate, 1 gallon weighs 8.3 pounds, so fill to 45 pounds as measured on a scale. If push comes to shove, use a blow off tube...

    Fermenter Advice

Thought about fermentation in a sanke keg? You can even do pressure fermenting and definitely transfer under co2 pressure. Very portable.

    Keezer collar question

I am trying to get a good idea of how to make a keezer collar for a 21cf chest freezer. I am wondering how everyone keeps the collar from moving around. I have read some folks do an outer and inner collar and am curious if that is for stability or just for looks. Thanks for the info.
