    I can't argue with science, and I did lose tuns of heat at mash in but once the keggle absorbed some heat and I hit my mash temp after one hour I didn't see any fluctuation in temperature. Lets say my thermometers are are faulty, I'll say that maybe there was a 1-3 degree margin of error at most...
