    We finally moved our first all grain batch to keg and it's in the kegerator at 12PSI which is what I use when I get store bought kegs. Do I need to turn up the CO2? Shake the kegs? Leave it and drink next week?

    The OG was 1.069. We were hoping for 1.064. I think where we ran into problems was not enough sparge water. We already pitched the yeast, is there harm in adding water now?

    A buddy of mine and I are working on our second brew, a Goose Island IPA Clone. After the boil we only ended up with 4 gallons that went into the bucket to ferment and allot of 'sludge' which I am assuming is the hops and some of the wort. I don't think we used enough water for the mash. Any...

    A buddy of mine and I took a class on All Grain Brewing yesterday and immediately became addicted. Can anyone recommend if it is better to buy a kit with most of the equipment or by each item individually? Is there a quality difference? Any recommendations on kits?
