I own a small home brew shop and I want to stock a better selection of products for distillers. The question I get all the time is what is the best yeast for whiskey? I have all of the Turbo yeast in stock already, what should I stock for the whiskey guys?

No I have never traded before and don't have anyone to vouch for me. I'm sure there are members of my homebrew club on here but none of them trade either. Just figured this was a good way to get beer from other areas of the country to try.

I use Bifen I/T Insecticide in my home and garage which is where I brew. It says in the instructions specifically for breweries. Works wonders! I spray twice a year and no bugs. There will be mass casualties in the bug world though. Be prepared!
I use it in a 1 gallon pump sprayer.
The freezing idea sounds great! I think I will try soaking them in starsan before I cut them up. That should kill anything on the fruit without changing the meat of the fruit itself. Then I will freeze / thaw and put in the secondary.
