As has been said, American Brewmasters in Raleigh, Metro Fire & Safety in Durham or Aviator Brewing in Fuquay. Aviator just recently began filling tanks so I haven't used them yet but it's a great excuse now to get to the brewery. All will fill tanks so no exchange needed.
