In re-reading your post, it looks like you only want a 1/4 sack of C60..Sorry about the misread. I'm still in for a half sack, so we'll need a third person for that last quarter.
Anyone out there want in on a 1/4 sack of C-60??

You seem like an experienced brewer, so maybe you already know this but I'll throw it out there anyway... If your mash was on the low side of 153 to start with and cooled down further during the mash (and especially if you happened to mash a bit longer than 60 minutes, waiting for your sparge...
