I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to Cave Spring GA where we have on of the best spring waters in the USA, I like DIY projects and problem solving and my wife supports and encourage me to brew, so I'm starting in the brewing process. I will be trying things like, cooling systems, and DIY stainless steal or ceramic fermerter/carbors. I successfully build my patio with an Argentine stainless steal Grill, all charcoal, Celtic style fire pit, and probably a mud oven too, now I need my beer to complete it. Surprisingly there are a few brewers with a lot of experience nearby here, and a people that help a lot for this kind of things.
