    Hi all, I had my scoby in the fridge with strong kombucha liquid for 4 months, and decided to make a batch with it, I added a strong brew that i had bottled at the same time. and the scoby. It is 8 days later , smells like kombucha , but the white appearance on top worries me. Does it look safe...
