Check out the sticky : Fermentation can take 24 to 72 hrs to show visible signs.
Also it doesn't matter if the airlock is bubbling or not, it sounds like your gravity is changing so the fermentation is going on.

I use Wyeast yeast ... And it says you can smack it and pitch it right in ...
I usually smack it when I'm about to start to give it like 1-2 hours during my steeping and boiling ...
You left out how long they were in the primary ... Did you do a secondary? Also how long where they in the bottle conditioning?
I'm thinking you just need to give it more time ... If you just poured the priming solution after boiling, this could be a problem too.
I've been to Stone Brewery and definitely you wanna head to Lost Abbey/Port Brewing. They took over Stone's old location in San Marcos ... Its probably about 2 1/2 miles away from Stone, but its worth the short trip.
