- Started brewing beer in '89. It was Gawd-awful. By late 90's was all grain brewing and making brews I was proud of. I now live in a tiny village, but it being a tourist area I'm surrounded by brew pubs.

- I'm currently focused on homemade wines, and I'm experimenting with makgeolli. Cider and mead are also interests.
