So I guess that I'll do extract, would a 55 gallon stainless steel drum be an ok boil kettle, I would put a valve at the bottom right? Also to cool would I just make an immersion chiller, and pbw and star san to clean and sanitize right? Yes, my uncle is pretty cool.
