Time to get real again. I first learned about homebrew from my landlord and beer expert extraordinaire in the UK when I was studying there in the early 80's I have VERY fond memories of homebrew best bitter or pub (bitter and best bitter) beer. Currently I spent my well earned money on drinking boddington or Newcastle brown ale, as the local stores here no longer sell Dutch crown or Windmill
(bavaria) since I am from Holland and Heineken in the US is not a beer. So the time has come to get into the brewing game myself. My buddy brought me a John Bull best bitter kit, and i am looking for tips and sharing my experiences about my new hobby/adventure. Skoal !
