Haha. That's pretty awesome! I usually just use my brain app when it comes to inventory management though. Sometimes I use the pencil and paper app too.

Yeah, since it's a 1-gallon jug, you're going to lose some (a higher percentage of your volume since you only have 1-gallon) so I'd just throw it in the fridge for a few days prior to bottling. Probably 2.5 weeks after you brewed.

I have visited the one in Cincinnati a couple times. It's always a glorious adventure! Really a great store and a cool shopping experience.
