Iv ordered a ton of stuff from them (even got a package today from them). Iv never once had a problem or complaint. I have only purchased equipment and supplies, no grains, hops or yeast though. Shipping is always fast.

I let all my beer sit for at least 2 weeks in primary. From what I have found its almost guaranteed fermentation is done ( check your gravity to be sure ). it also lets more yeast settle out of suspension, less yeast entering the secondary means leas of a chance of getting any off or odd flavors...

Right now, North Coast's "le Merle" Saison .......Which is awesome. Later on I shall be drinking some of my Stumptown coffee porter.
