Been a forum lurker for a while, have a fair few kit brews and diy "improved" kits under my belt and thought I'd give this recipe a try (or as close as I could get from my lhbs) as my first ever extract brew as I love hefeweizen.

So....after not adding all the sugar to my fv and putting the rest in after 48hrs I stirred it well and then foam and beer started spewing out my fv. a few litres at least.
My worry is that there may not be enough yeast left in the fv to do the job now. Is this a valid concern? I plan on...
