Watched this last night. I liked John's point on rehydrating dry yeast instead of just sprinkling it on the wort. (Although we've all done it)....But for a long time now I always rehydrate before the pitch.
I use brew-master's. It will take a little time to plug in the info, but it beats spending all that money for 5 gallons.......Sheesh.
