    Watched this last night. I liked John's point on rehydrating dry yeast instead of just sprinkling it on the wort. (Although we've all done it)....But for a long time now I always rehydrate before the pitch.

    Yeah, I was being lazy and I had some label residue on these and wanted to clean them up real good before I bagged them for my friend. So, I had to do a little scrubbing......And POW !!!!...........:drunk:
